Syrian refugees Kaa medical center   Syrian refugees waiting in the medical center at the village of Kaa, the Syrian Lebanese border. The parish of Ka´a is helping refugees on the border with medical and emergency supplies and consultations in the health center. Inside no man´s land they are providing vaccines, food and basic kits.
